East Central Indiana First Steps is part of a state wide comprehensive system to provide quality early interventions services to children who are experiencing delays in their development. We are a family-centered, early intervention system for children from birth to 3 who may not be doing what they should for their age and/or who are developmentally at risk. First Steps brings together families and professionals from education, health and social service agencies. By coordinating locally available services, First Steps is working to give Indiana's children and their families the widest possible array of early intervention resources.
